FIXED HEIGHT are contructed
on extra heavy-duty truss frames in
standard belt widths of 24",
30", 36" and 42" and
in lengths of 80', 100', 120' and
150'. Depth and type of truss frame
is dependent on conveyor length. FIXED
HEIGHT Stackers operate at a fixed
angle of 18 degrees for most aggregates.
Tail section is mounted on a heavy
steel swivel pivot base and is free
to rotate in either direction, travel
being limited only by local structural
interfences. Generally 180 to 210
degrees is the commonly accepted extent
of radial travel. An extremely rugged
undercarriage with forward, center
and rear supported on dual pneumatic
tires located at each end of undercarriage.
Radial propulsion is effected by a
reversing gearmotor and roller chain
drive. Electrical starters and wiring
from power source to motors are furnished
by purchaser.

Capacities and drive horsepowers shown
in this chart are predicated on handling
tons per hour indicated based on a
belt speed of 350 FPM. Belt speed
may be increased to handle added capacity
and drive horsepower can be suited
to meet conditions required. Consult
with factory for recommendations.
