-Heavy duty all-welded one piece channel / angle frame construction.
-Shaft mounted gear reducer drive, internal backstop, TEFC electric motor and _completely enclosed drive guard.
- Rubber lagged head pulley, wing-type self-cleaning tail pulley with guard.
- 5" diameter CEMA "B" 35º throughing idlers on 48" centers with three 20º _troughing rolls on 18" centers at feed end.
- 5" diameter CEMA "B" 35º return idlers on 10' centers.
- Conveyor belt - 2 ply 220 carcass - 3/16" top cover - 1/16" bottom cover.
- Color - Peerless gray with all guards safetely yellow.
- Integral loading shoe with flashing.
- Conveyor completely assembled with conveyor belt installed.
- Belt speed-300 FPM.
