CHANNEL FRAME HEAD SECTION
Standard
Head Section includes head pulley, head
bearings, troughing idlers, return idler
and drive.
Standard conveyor drive includes guard,
motor, torque arm reducer, sheaves, v-belts,
drive guard and motor mount. All
components are mount on a 8" 11.5 ridid
channel frame for 24, 30 and 36 inch wide
conveyor and on a 10" 15.8 for 42 "
and 48" inch wide conveyor head section
measures 2' ft. from centerline of pulley
back to the splicepoint

SECTION
Standard
Tail Section includes self-cleaning wing
pulley, shaft, take-up box.
Screw type take-up bearings to compensate
the normal belt elongation, troughing idlers,
return idlers, and heavy duty receiving
hopper.
Tail section measures 8 ft. from centerline
of pulley up to the connection.
